Makes: 16 wraps
Ingredients
2 lb turkey breast tenderloins
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1/3 cup water
2 packages (1 oz each) taco seasoning mix
2 packages (11 oz each) flour tortillas for burritos (16 tortillas; 8 inch)
2 cups bite-size pieces lettuce
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
Directions
1. Place turkey in 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Add onion and water.
2. Cover and cook on low heat setting 6 to 7 hours or until juice of turkey is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
3. Remove turkey from slow cooker. Shred turkey, using 2 forks. Measure liquid from slow cooker; add enough water to liquid to measure 2 cups. Mix seasoning mixes (dry) and liquid mixture in slow cooker. Stir in shredded turkey.
4. Cover and cook on low heat setting 1 hour.
5. Spoon about 1/4 cup turkey onto center of each tortilla; top with lettuce and cheese. Roll up tortillas.

Ingredients
1 pound thick sliced bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
4 (12 inch) flour tortillas
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 tomato, diced
Directions
1. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, and set aside.
2. Place 1 tortilla on a microwave-safe plate. Sprinkle tortilla with 1/4 cup cheese. Cook in microwave 1 to 2 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Immediately top with 1/4 of the bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Fold sides of tortilla over, then roll up. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Cut each wrap in half before serving.

Chipotle-Lime Dressing Ingredients
1 cup ranch dressing
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon finely chopped chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (from 7-oz can)
1 teaspoon grated lime peel
Wraps Ingredients
3 cups chopped cold deli rotisserie chicken (from 2- to 2 1/2-lb chicken)
2 cups thinly sliced iceberg lettuce
1 cup Green Giant Valley Fresh Steamers Niblets frozen corn, cooked, cooled
1 small tomato, seeded, chopped (1/3 cup)
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz)
1 package (11 oz) flour tortillas for burritos (8 tortillas; 8 inch)
Salsa, if desired
Sour cream, if desired
Directions
1. In small bowl, mix dressing ingredients; set aside. In large bowl, stir together chicken, lettuce, corn and tomato. Add dressing; toss to coat.
2. To assemble each wrap, spoon 1/8 of chicken mixture down center of each tortilla; sprinkle with cheese. Roll up. Serve immediately with salsa and sour cream.

4 oz (half of 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened
4 flour tortillas for soft tacos and fajitas (6 inch)
1/4 cup salsa
4 lettuce leaves
4 oz smoked cooked turkey or ham, cut into strips
4 oz Cheddar cheese, cut into strips
4 small red bell pepper, cut into strips
Directions
1. Spread cream cheese evenly on top 2/3 of each tortilla. Spread salsa over cream cheese.
2. Place lettuce leaf on each tortilla. Top with turkey, cheese and bell pepper strips.
3. Fold up bottom 1/3 of each tortilla, then roll up to make cone shape with folded end on bottom. Keep tortilla in cone shape with toothpick. Serve with additional salsa if desired.

Ingredients
1 (6 in.) low-fat flour tortilla
2 tsp. reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 slices deli-style fat-free roasted turkey breast
2 Tbs. chopped fresh tomato
1 Tbs. chopped fresh basil leaves (or 1/8 tsp. dried basil)
Directions
1. Lay the tortilla flat on a small plate. Spread with the mayonnaise. Lay the turkey slices on the tortilla. Sprinkle each tortilla with the tomato and basil. Roll the tortilla and turkey around the tomato-basil filling. Eat like a rolled sandwich.
